A service deposit is required at booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can not be transferred if a client cancels less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment - Service deposit is forfeited. A new deposit must be placed to reschedule.
Late Policy: If one does not show within 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a No Show. The service deposit is forfeited and the client will be automatically charged a No Show fee which is equal to the remaining balance of the service (totaling in 100% full amount of the service booked).
Due to COVID-19, masks are required and extra guests are NOT allowed (includes children). Clients who are sick must reschedule a minimum of 2 weeks out & return with proof negative test. In the event that one is sick or showing signs of illness at their appointment, the appointment will be terminated. Client will be asked to leave and any payments made toward the service will be forfeited.
We accept cash and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as payment. There is a 4% processing fee for all card transactions in-suite.
