A service deposit of 50% is required at booking to secure the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferrable without proper 24 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. Same day cancellations/rescheduling (less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment) are subject to charge of 100% full amount of the service booked.
Due to COVID-19, Masks are required and extra guests are NOT allowed. This includes children and anyone not being serviced. Appointments are required to get serviced. Walk-ins are not permitted. In the event that one is sick or showing signs of illness, the appointment will be terminated.
Late Policy: A grace period of 5 minutes is permitted. In the event, one does not show up within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged a No Show fee. No Shows are subject to charge of 100% full amount of the service booked.
We accept cash and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as payment. There is a 4% processing fee for all card transactions in-suite.
