We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
100% of the remaining balance of service(s) booked will be charged if you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be marked as a cancellatoon/no show and charged the card on file. Please note service is not guaranteed if you arrive late.
Due to COVID-19, masks are required and extra guests are NOT allowed (includes children). Clients who are sick must reschedule a minimum of 2 weeks out. In the event that one is sick or showing signs of illness at their appointment, the appointment will be terminated. Client will be asked to leave and any payments made toward the service will be forfeited.
We accept cash and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as payment. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all card transactions in-suite.
