RETURN POLICY

Refunds/Order Cancellations: We have a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. 

All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered.  All Sales Are Final!

Defective Items:

If you believe the item you received is unusable due to it being possibly defective, please contact within 48 hours of delivery to investigate.

To initiate a defective product, please email us at support@sapphirebrowstudio.com 

The following information MUST be included in the email:

  1. Your name & best way to contact you (email or text)
  2. Order Number
  3. Details of what the damage or defect is
  4. MUST INCLUDE supporting photos and/or video

Please note that we are not responsible for boxes or items that are damaged during shipment. We guarantee all of our items are packed well to ensure no damage during transport.

SHIPPING POLICY

•Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

•    Order Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day

• We are not responsible for updating incorrect addresses or any products changes and/or corrections

•We are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.

• We can not apply any discounts or add-on's after your order has been placed
