CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Please inform us to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your allotted appointment time. In the event you need to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour window, the prepaid deposit amount will be forfeited. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. A prepaid deposit can not be transferred or credited to a new appointment if we are not informed of rescheduling at least 24 hours before your allotted appointment time.
LATE POLICY : There is a 10 minute grace period for all services. After 10 minutes, you will be marked as a cancellation and may be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Please communicate if you are running late to avoid appointment cancellation and losing your prepaid deposit. Please note service is not guaranteed if you arrive late. Communicating when you are running late is crucial as we have a schedule to follow for the day.
PAYMENTS: We require deposits upon booking to secure and confirm your appointment. Remaining balances for services are due at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit cards. There is a 3.5% card processing fee for card transactions.
Extra guests are NOT allowed (including children). In the event that one is sick or showing signs of illness at their appointment, the appointment will be terminated. The client will be asked to leave and any payments made toward the service will be forfeited.
